New Internet Explorer Exploit Discovered
A new critical exploit has been discovered in all versions Internet Explorer that has Microsoft scrambling to patch the loophole. Some experts have advised switching to a different browser while the threat is being investigated and fixed, while Microsoft has put out some basic security measures that can be taken to help mitigate any vulnerability and reminds users, as always, to be vigilant while surfing the web.

SiteControl update to Wordpress 2.7 Imminent
We are in the process of merging the new release of Wordpress 2.7 into our SiteControl package. The new release brings a major overhaul to the look and feel of the administrative backend. The new backend requires less clicks to get around, and is also faster than previous versions. For more info on what’s new, check out the wordpress blog. We’ll be rolling the new changes out to your sites this week.

The New edoclogic.com
Wesconet Web Services launched the new edoclogic.com yesterday. The site is a significant makeover from the previous design. The site takes advantage of many features available in WordPress; category-specific RSS feeds, an events registration form and calendar, sidebar widgets, page and category templates, as well as several other plugins and add-ons that come standard with all of our SiteControl sites.
