Cell Phone Banking?

A story over at CNBC reports that some of the largest U.S. banks are launching cell phone banking services. Although the services are still in the early stages, it has still yet to be seen how successful it will become. Will users adopt the mobile banking technology, and do they trust it?     I laugh everytime I see the CitiBank (I think) commercial where the couple is driving in the car and “suddenly realize” that their last car payment is due and “handily” they can pay it with the cellphone.

    C’mon, is that a real world situation?

    Sure I would use it, but I would need a second phone to log into CU*@HOME, so I could see if it REALLY is real-time.
