BitBox has some really nice “Glass” buttons and widgets that are free to use. They are vector based, so they’ll scale to your needs. You’ll need Adobe Illustrator (or something similar) to modify them. Certainly the current trend in Web Design is a glossy, glassy, shiney look. The new Microsoft Vista is that way also.
